Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred; education coursework recommended.
• Minimum 9 college credits related to education.
• Experience with students in structured educational settings preferred.
• Successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment with a qualifying score of 455 or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Support teacher with instructional and classroom management tasks.
• Promote school readiness through developmentally appropriate activities.
• Assist with clerical tasks to support staff.
• Work with children ages three to five; monitor student behavior.
