Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with children ages 3 to 5.
• Experience coaching or managing a team of early childhood educators.
• Experience preparing written family progress updates and leading team alignment meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions for PreK Guides and model best practices.
• Design and facilitate play-based learning blocks balancing SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
• Review Guide documentation weekly for rubric alignment and run calibration sessions.
• Prepare family updates and run team huddles to align campus-wide readiness goals.
