Job summary

Alpha Austin is hiring a hands-on Early Childhood Curriculum Coordinator. You will coach PreK guides, design adaptive play-based learning themes, and track milestones using data-driven updates for families.

This role blends classroom presence with curriculum design and team coaching, driving campus readiness with measurable outcomes and engaging families with evidence-based communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience working directly with children ages 3 to 5.
• Proven ability to design and implement play-based programs that advance developmental milestones.
• At least 1 year coaching or managing a team of early childhood educators with accountability.
• Experience preparing family progress updates and leading team alignment meetings.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to work in-person at Alpha Austin campus with relocation support if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions for PreK Guides, modeling techniques and measurable wins.
• Design and facilitate play-based blocks balancing SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
• Review and calibrate Guide documentation weekly for rubric alignment and actionability.
• Prepare family updates and run team huddles aligning priorities toward PreK readiness goals.
