The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure accurate receiving and inventory control. Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably in construction or electrical contracting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and material handling best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and material lists.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the prefabrication and modularization warehouse.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, staging, and inventory control.
• Lead a team to maintain a safe, organized warehouse.
• Track inventory levels and notify of shortages or reorder needs.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse status.
