Job summary
Miller Electric is seeking a Prefabrication Site Manager to lead strategy, process, coordination, and installation of projects with Prefabrication. The role requires basic VDC knowledge and experience with electrical installation and prefabrication.

Qualifications
- 10 years electrical construction experience.
- Experience with installation or construction of fabricated components.
- 2 years working experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Field experience in the construction trade.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee prefabrication site coordination and installation.
- Coordinate with VDC Coordinator, prefabrication Shop Leaders and field PMs.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Manage installation schedule and fabrication production meetings.
- Interface with customers to validate expectations throughout the project.
- Provide feedback and reports to the business unit leadership.
