Job summary

Miller Electric is seeking a Prefabrication Site Manager to coordinate prefabrication activities, installation planning, and cross‑functional collaboration across VDC, fabrication, and field teams. The role requires travel across Miller Electric’s footprint and hands-on electrical installation experience.

This position emphasizes coordinating schedules, ensuring safety, and delivering projects to meet design and budget targets with proactive customer engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10 years electrical construction experience.
• Experience with installation or construction of fabricated components.
• 2 years working experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Field experience in the construction trade.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Keeps internal and external parties engaged for buy-in and optimized design.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of fabricated products on schedule.
• Provide input for install constructability to planners, modelers, detailers, and fabrication team.
• Oversee project through on-site supervision ensuring design, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Interface with the customer to confirm expectations before, during, and after project.
