Job summary

Miller Electric Company seeks a Prefabrication Site Manager to lead strategy, coordination, and installation of prefabricated electrical components across multiple locations. You will collaborate with the VDC Coordinator, prefabrication Shop Leaders, and field Project Management to ensure meticulous execution.

The role involves travel across Miller Electric’s footprint and requires strong electrical construction experience, with proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 10 years electrical construction experience.
• Experience with installation or construction of fabricated components.
• 2 years working experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Field experience in the construction trade.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Keeps Miller internal (VDC & Fabrication external) parties involved throughout the project for full buy-in and optimized design.
• Coordinate the delivery and installation of fabricated products to ensure they are installed both on schedule and correctly.
• Provides project specific input for installation constructability to planners, modelers, detailers, fabrication team.
• Oversee the project through administrative direction of on-site supervision to ensure the project is built following design, budget, and schedule.
• Actively interface with the customer to validate expectations are understood and met before, during, and after project completion.
