Job summary

DPR Construction in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, shipping and equipment maintenance within our prefabrication facility. You will lead a team and coordinate with production, procurement, logistics and project teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency and safety while maintaining cycle counts and stock rotation.

Requires 7–10 years in warehouse/logistics with 3–5 years in supervision; Forklift certification and a High

Qualifications

7–10 years in warehouse, logistics, inventory management or related field.
3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

Manages daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and shipping.
Leads, coaches, and evaluates warehouse team; sets expectations for productivity, quality, inventory accuracy and safety.
Oversees inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, stock rotation and material tracking.
Coordinates material availability and movement with production, procurement, logistics and project stakeholders.
Develops and maintains warehouse organization, storage strategies and material handling processes.
Oversees safe operation, inspection and maintenance coordination of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
Analyzes warehouse performance metrics and implements process improvements to boost efficiency.
