DPR Construction is seeking an Estimator - Prefab to deliver accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for prefabrication projects, supporting planning, budgeting, and execution across manufacturing and installation activities.

The role collaborates with project managers, design teams, production leads, VDC, MEP, and the DPR Family to reflect real-time manufacturing conditions and project goals, driving improved accuracy and predictability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in estimating, cost analysis, or preconstruction for prefabrication, modular, or construction projects.
• This position is located in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Prepares detailed cost estimates and takeoffs for prefabricated components and assemblies based on design documents and production data.
• Coordinates with production and engineering teams to validate labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Evaluates supplier and subcontractor bids for prefabricated components and services.
• Participates in value engineering and supports the creation and maintenance of historical cost data.
