Job summary

NCCbuilt in Susanville, CA is seeking a Prefab Assembly Technician to assemble prefab floor cassettes, wall and roof panels in our manufacturing facility. No prior experience is required; training is provided to help you start a rewarding career in construction.

You will create detailed 3D/BIM models using modeling software while supporting factory operations. Experience with framing is preferred but not required; the NCC Carpentry Academy backs your growth with hands-on prefab construction

Qualifications

• Experience with framing preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Proficiency in modeling software required.
• Construction experience a plus.
• Hands-on training in prefab construction is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated floor cassettes, wall panels and roof panels in the manufacturing facility.
• Create detailed 3D/BIM models for prefabricated structural components using modeling software.
• Support factory operations; training provided for entry points into construction careers.
