Job summary

NCC is seeking a passionate Prefab Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in California. You will assemble prefabricated floor cassettes, wall panels, and roof panels in a busy facility, with hands-on training available.

No prior experience required to start, with on-the-job coaching and clear pathways into fast-growing construction careers. You’ll also create detailed 3D/BIM models of structural components, using modeling software; framing experience is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Experience with framing preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Proficiency in modeling software (3D/BIM) required.
• Construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble prefabricated floor cassettes, wall panels, and roof panels in our manufacturing facility.
• Create detailed 3D/BIM models for prefabricated structural components; proficiency in modeling software required.
• Support factory operations; no experience required—we'll train you.
