Job summary

Aquent Studios is seeking a dynamic Preditor to own the social content lifecycle for our client’s channels, combining producer, videographer, and editor roles. You will shoot, edit, and craft native content designed for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, translating complex tech stories into engaging visuals.

You will collaborate with strategy and marketing, deliver fast turnarounds to align with product launches and trends, and monitor performance to optimize impact while maintaining an authentic brand

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shooting, producing, and editing short-form social video.
• Comfort operating camera and audio gear for fast-turnaround shoots.
• Ability to translate technical topics for a general audience; semiconductor/hardware preferred.
• Fluency with Premiere, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar editing tools.
• Strong hooks, pacing, and trend integration for social performance.
• Self-directed, can manage projects from shooting to shipping with minimal oversight.
• Portfolio or reel showing native social content you shot and produced from start to finish, preferably tech/B2B.

Responsibilities

• Shoot original short-form video content with hands-on camera operation.
• Pitch and develop innovative social content explaining complex tech to broad audiences.
• Edit native social content with pacing, captions, sound design, and hooks.
• Produce content quickly to align with product news and trends.
• Monitor platform data and iterate on formats based on audience response.
• Stay informed about platform best practices and emerging formats.
• Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and product to ensure accuracy and native feel.
• Manage production workflow from concept to delivery.
