Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment availability, performance, and lifecycle reliability using structured problem-solving, data analysis, and predictive maintenance. This role focuses on reducing unplanned downtime and driving long-term corrective actions to enhance MTBF and reduce MTTR.
By applying RCM methodology, maintenance strategies will be risk-based and cost-effective, aligned with TPM objectives.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical discipline; related field accepted.
- Post-Graduate degree preferred in reliability or analytics.
- CRE or equivalent certification advantageous.
Mansioni
- Identify chronic losses and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Drive long-term corrective actions to improve MTBF and MTTR.
- Apply RCM to ensure risk-based, cost-effective maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve equipment reliability and production stability.
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR, and OEE-related losses.
- Lead structured problem-solving (5Why, Fishbone, 8D).
- Provide coaching and mentoring on reliability principles.
