Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a PdM Technician in Perry, GA to execute the condition-based maintenance program across packaging, utilities, and support systems. You will perform vibration, thermography, ultrasound inspections and oil sampling to boost equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance with strong CMMS and data-analysis skills, plus experience in food manufacturing environments preferred. Training and TPM support are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Technical certification in Predictive Maintenance Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of condition monitoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute PdM routes for critical assets.
• Perform vibration, infrared thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis.
• Generate maintenance work requests based on PdM findings.
• Maintain and analyze PdM records and equipment health data.
• Support TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
