Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Powertrain is seeking a maintenance professional to ensure preventative and predictive systems keep HTGP equipment and buildings operating efficiently. You’ll analyze production processes, lead maintenance projects, and implement countermeasures based on downtime data.

The role requires strong teamwork, safety mindset, and the ability to train staff while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years job related experience
• Bi-Lingual Korean and English
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance guidelines and programs
• Knowledge of OSHA machine regulations and recommendations
• Self-motivation and ability to work with little direction
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• A positive team attitude

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and facility drawings, updating as required.
• Coordinate and lead project activities assigned by management
• Understand and analyze equipment data and countermeasure as needed
• Support countermeasures for internal, Customer and Market quality problems
• Fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; review with vendors
• Create and implement countermeasures for equipment based on downtime data
• Train team members in Maintenance role
• Work with equipment suppliers & contractors to install or improve equipment/processes
• Support weekend/shutdown PM schedules and ensure PM Work Orders are completed on time
• Document, evaluate and improve maintenance objectives
