Job summary

HireTalent is seeking an Early Warning Detection Investigator to lead preliminary technical reviews on proactive vehicle safety alerts, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Service teams to define scope and impact.

You will monitor large datasets from warranties, service records, customer feedback, and performance data, prepare reports, and recommend escalation or closure of issues while enabling advanced analytics improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
• Experience analyzing large, multi-source data for predictive analytics.
• Proficiency with Excel, databases, and dashboard tools.
• Experience supporting investigations, reporting, or program execution with data preparation.
• Equivalent experience may be considered; ABET-encoded engineering degrees accepted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle data and alerts to spot safety or quality issues early.
• Analyze data from warranties, repairs, service records, and customer feedback.
• Investigate defects or trends and determine real concerns.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Product Investigation teams.
• Prepare reports and recommend escalation or closure of issues.
• Track investigation status and report updates to management.
• Support improvements in data analytics, predictive modeling, and alert systems.
