Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • PE license or equivalent credential preferred.
  • Experience with LNTP strategies and early procurement planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pursuit development from intake through bid submission and award.
  • Serve as primary coordinator among estimating, engineering, procurement, and scheduling teams.
  • Establish timelines to align engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Define scope and manage risk across RFP responses and project documents.
  • Develop and review assumptions, clarifications, and exclusions to define risk.
  • Collaborate on constructability and value engineering discussions with engineers and schedulers.
  • Lead LNTP and early execution planning, including scope packages and cancellation schedules.
  • Ensure bid and LNTP schedules align with execution timelines.
