The Preconstruction Project Manager leads all pre-award and early project planning activities for heavy civil infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for managing estimating, design coordination, scheduling, risk management, constructability reviews, and owner engagement to deliver accurate pricing, reduced risk, and successful project execution.
BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain client relationships. Excellent leadership skills. Excellent supervisory communication and organizational skills.

$126,623.00 - $189,935.00
Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
