Granite Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects up to $15 million in size. The role directs project execution, manages budgets, schedules, and coordination with estimators, subcontractors, and owners to deliver profitable outcomes.
Applicants should have a BS in a related field and 3–5 years of progressive project experience in heavy civil environments, including paving, dirt, and grading, with strong leadership and communication skills.

This position is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects up to $15 million in size.
BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
Three (3) to five (5) years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in paving, dirt, and grading in either private or public environments.
