Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Engineering or Pre-Construction experience.
• Experience supporting utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, transmission, substation, or EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering coordination, project scheduling, procurement, and construction planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering deliverables and project schedules.
• Work with the EPC scheduling team to maintain project timelines.
• Support procurement, permitting, and material readiness.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and engineering progress.
• Coordinate with engineering, EPC contractors, utilities, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks before construction.
• Support bid reviews, scope development, and project documentation.
• Ensure a smooth handoff from pre-construction to construction.
