Job summary

You will oversee procedures, ensure accuracy, and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of professional communication.

The role requires 3+ years of construction-related experience, strong MS Office and Procore/Building Connected proficiency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience.
• Minimum 3 years construction experience or relevant project experience.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience as a subject matter expert for business/operations-related software such as Building Connected and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bid coordinators and manage department procedures.
• Serve as point of contact for Building Connected and Procore; design and deliver training.
• Update workload schedules and pricing history files; manage forms and standards.
• Assist VP of Pre-Construction with administrative tasks and onboarding.
• Coordinate associate onboarding and continual training programs.
