• Experience in producing project estimates and value management.
• Ability to perform constructability reviews and manage preconstruction tasks.
• Coordinate with clients and design teams across projects.
• Experience training or developing junior staff in preconstruction.
• Proficiency with listed software tools used in preconstruction workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to our robust Preconstruction team by winning bids and increasing profitability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff, clients, subcontractors, and partners.
• Participates in quantity takeoff process and can perform conceptual takeoffs.
• Reads drawings, specs, and docs to create project information and scopes.
• Identify labor, material and time requirements to assign scopes.
