Responsibilities

• Preconstruction Coordination: Manage front‑end activities including document control, bid package preparation, and early‑stage project planning.
• Scope Development: Review drawings and specifications to develop accurate scope sheets and ensure alignment across trades.
• Subcontractor Engagement: Distribute bid documents, track participation, coordinate RFIs, and maintain communication throughout the pre‑bid process.
• Bid Organization: Compile bid packages, track submissions, compare proposals, and ensure complete documentation for estimator review.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings with proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of vertical building systems, trade scopes, subcontractor workflows, bid processes, and early‑phase project planning.
• Skills & Attributes: Organized, detail‑oriented communicator with the ability to manage multiple bids and work collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
