Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Indiana to own the front end of high-value commercial projects, driving estimating, budgeting, value engineering, bid strategy, and cost analysis from concept through negotiated contract.

You will work with clients, trade partners, operations, and leadership to win work, build market relationships, and guide opportunities from preconstruction to construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial GC preconstruction experience with a strong command of estimating, construction methods, and the local subcontractor market.
• Leverage established Nevada industry relationships to build partnerships and uncover new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive estimates for commercial construction projects from initial concept through negotiated contract.
• Dive into drawings, specifications, and project documents to build detailed scopes and identify project opportunities.
• Drive preconstruction strategy through budgeting, value engineering, bid preparation, and cost analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and trade partners across the Nevada market.
• Help identify and pursue high-value project opportunities, using market knowledge and relationships to fuel continued growth.
• Partner closely with operations and executive leadership to ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction.
• Play an active role in business development, representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
