Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction from concept through contract award on commercial projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and project teams to develop strategies and accurate estimates.

The role requires 8–10+ years in commercial construction, strong estimating and scheduling skills, the ability to read plans, and proficiency with estimating software.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong preconstruction, estimating, or project management background.
• Proven experience with estimating, take-offs, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A well-established commercial General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Preconstruction Manager to its growing team. This is an opportunity to take a key role in projects from the earliest stages while working alongside clients, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead preconstruction efforts from initial plans through contract award
