Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in New York to lead pursuit strategy and preconstruction activities for utility-scale solar, BESS, substations, and grid interconnection projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction field.
• 8+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management.
• Experience with utility-scale renewables and EPC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction from qualification through award and turnover.
• Coordinate estimates for solar, BESS, substation, interconnection.
• Develop basis of estimate, pricing contingencies, and schedule impacts.
• Review owner requirements with Engineering and EORs.
• Develop bid packages and subcontractor responsibilities.
• Lead proposal development and presentations.
• Maintain risk registers and procurement strategies.
