We are seeking a Multifamily Preconstruction Estimator responsible for reviewing construction plans, performing material takeoffs, developing accurate project estimates, and identifying value engineering opportunities.

Key duties include:

Preparing conceptual to final estimates, analyzing architectural and structural plans, spotting scope gaps or discrepancies, recommending cost‑saving alternative materials, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring clear communication of budgets and project requirements to the operations team before construction begins.

Qualifications and skills:

Experience in construction estimating or preconstruction, ability to interpret plans, perform material takeoffs, and knowledge of lumber and building materials preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and estimating software. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects are also required.
