Job summary

84 Lumber is seeking an estimator responsible for estimating type 3 and type 5 construction wood frame multi-story buildings, reviewing plans, and supporting bidding for multi-family and commercial projects. Responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing project plans, and supporting the bidding process for multi-family and commercial projects. Estimators must be very detailed orientated, patient, and have experience estimating manually and / or with approved software (Planswift or similar).
