• Working knowledge of Architectural, MEP, and Structural plans.
• Experience with material takeoffs and labor estimating.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating/project management software (ServiceTitan experience).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate material takeoffs and labor estimates for new construction and smaller project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors; manage and evaluate quotes.
• Create and manage project estimates and proposals within ServiceTitan.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes, documentation, and project coordination workflows.

This position requires strong organizational abilities, technical understanding, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
