• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Estimating or equivalent.
• Quantity surveys, take-off skills and working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Understand scope and perform detailed take-offs and pricing.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing and prepare bid packages.
• Coordinate with trade partners and design teams during preconstruction.
• Assist senior estimators with quantity take-offs and preconstruction tasks.
• Prepare bid documents, exhibit B/scope sheets and review estimates.
