Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in a college/university pursuing a construction-related degree.
• Strong interest in VDC and BIM.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support estimating activities and assist with bid package preparation.
• Shadow estimators and assist with procurement strategies.
• Develop quantity take-offs and cost models with Estimating and VDC/BIM teams.
• Assist with tools like REVIT, SketchUp in preconstruction.
• Attend preconstruction strategy meetings and support client deliverables.
