• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum five years in prestressed/precast design or preconstruction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
