Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare administration, academic support, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential student information and multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tracking of student academic progress throughout the preclinical curriculum.
• Maintain comprehensive dashboards for COMSAE performance, COMLEX-USA Level 1 eligibility, board clearance, first-time pass rates, failures, remediation, and at-risk students.
• Monitor students requiring additional academic support and prepare reports for academic leadership.
• Coordinate implementation of board preparation initiatives and monitor student participation.
• Track completion of institutional requirements related to COMLEX Level 1 readiness and testing.
• Help to maintain predictive dashboards that identify students at academic risk.
• Monitor trends in COMSAE performance, board readiness, and academic progression to support early intervention.
• Track remediation participation and evaluate the effectiveness of academic support interventions.
• Collaborate with student affairs to manage longitudinal reports on COMLEX Level 1 outcomes, attrition, leaves of absence, board readiness, and student progression.
• Provide data analyses and recommendations that support evidence-based curricular improvements and student success initiatives.
• Coordinate communication among Basic Medical Science faculty, learning specialists, Student Affairs, assessment personnel, and academic leadership
• Maintain timelines, project plans, and documentation related to student success initiatives
• Support accreditation data collection and documentation requests
• Identify workflow improvements and assist with implementation of operational enhancements
• Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of student records
• Perform other duties as assigned
