Qualifications

• Must have a BS/BA degree in a science/related discipline or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop for report finalization preferred.
• Strong organizational, editing, proofreading, and reading-comprehension skills.
• Ability to self-start and work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication with study team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Generate, format, and review pre-clinical main study reports and sub-reports.
• Coordinate compilation of report information from study team and sponsors.
• Maintain consistent formatting across sponsor-facing documents.
• Set up and troubleshoot table templates and quality checks.
• Compile and present study data in summaries and appendices.
• Maintain electronic and paper document formats.
• Create/new templates as needed and track document progress.
• Maintain communication with reporting team, QA, and management.
