Responsibilities

• Process moulding materials accurately according to production specifications and schedules.
• Operate woodworking machinery, moulders, and related production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, adjustments, and material handling.
• Inspect moulding products throughout production to ensure quality and profile consistency.
• Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production requirements.
• Monitor workflow efficiency and identify production or quality concerns proactively.
• Maintain organized work areas and proper material handling procedures.
• Support preventative maintenance and equipment cleanliness.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.
