Job summary

LeoForce in Prineville, Oregon, is seeking a skilled Moulder Operator to set up and operate Weinig moulders, producing high-quality hardwood mouldings according to work orders and specs.

You will inspect finished products for tolerance and surface quality, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance while adhering to safety standards. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Weinig moulders
• Experience with industrial moulders in millwork or woodworking environment
• Knowledge of moulder setup, tooling, cutterheads, and knife changes
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret production specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Set up, operate, and monitor Weinig moulders

• Previous experience operating Weinig moulders is strongly preferred
• Experience with industrial moulders in a millwork, woodworking, cabinet, or hardwood manufacturing environment

• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret production specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to recognize wood defects and maintain consistent product quality
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety
