Responsibilities

• Wiring & Assembly: perform point-to-point wiring of control enclosures, panels, and backplanes.
• Cable Routing & Termination: route, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires with proper labeling.
• Blueprint Interpretation: read schematics and BOMs to complete assemblies.
• Quality Assurance: inspect work for proper connections and workmanship standards.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: perform continuity checks and basic functional testing.
• Material Handling: gather materials, components, and tools; ensure correct parts.
• Documentation: complete production docs and quality records accurately.
• Safety & Housekeeping: follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for process improvements.
