Job summary

Vertiv seeks a skilled electrical assembler in Anderson, SC to perform point-to-point wiring of control enclosures, panels, and backplanes per schematics. You will route and terminate cables, read wiring diagrams, and ensure accurate, quality builds in a manufacturing setting.

You will inspect completed work, run basic tests, document results, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards while contributing to lean improvements in a fast-paced production line.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in electrical wiring, panel building, or manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Wiring & assembly of control enclosures and panels per schematics.
• Cable routing, termination, labeling, and identification.
• Read blueprints and bills of materials for accurate builds.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards.
• Perform basic tests and troubleshoot wiring discrepancies.
• Prepare materials, tools, and documentation for each build.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow PPE rules.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
