Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex diagrams and prints.
• Comfortable using hand tools, wire cutters, and crimping equipment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or automotive repair is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical sub-assemblies according to engineered prints and customer specifications.
• Use manual and automated tools to cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires.
• Apply protective looming, taping, and labeling to completed harnesses.
• Perform visual inspections and continuity testing to support a zero-defect quality standard.
