Job summary

Quanex is hiring a Window Rigger/Sawyer for our Phoenix, AZ production team. You will cut and assemble window screen frames using a computer‑driven measuring device, monitor quality, and adhere to safety guidelines on the production floor.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 4:00 am to 12:30 pm, with overtime as needed. We offer bonus potential, a 401(k) with 5% company match, ESPP participation, disability and life insurance, PTO and holidays, tuition support, and employee resource groups to support

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Able to collaborate with team on production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain neat, orderly work area per 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues.
• Fill in other areas when workload requires.
• Promote teamwork and support co-workers.
• Complete production documentation and reports.
• Assemble components per customer specifications.
