You will run wide-format printers, laminators, and plotters, ensuring precise color, alignment, and finish. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating wide-format printers, laminators, and plotters in a print, sign, or graphics environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong eye for color, alignment, and quality control.
• Able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication; works well in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Print, operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on wide-format inkjet printers, plotters, and laminators.
• Finish graphics with mounting, laminating, trimming, cutting, and grommeting.
• Inspect finished products to ensure SpeedPro’s quality standards before delivery or installation.
• Package finished jobs, update order statuses, and log inventory levels for inks, vinyl, and media.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and install teams to keep projects on schedule.
