Responsibilities

• Set up: perform machine changeovers to manufacture different components daily.
• Prepare: reference blueprints, set Welding Lathe, install tooling (Tungsten tip), gather materials.
• Operate: supervise the machine, adjust operations, troubleshoot to meet specs; use gauges to verify.
• Work in a team to boost productivity and quality.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• All other duties as assigned daily by supervisor.
