Qualifications

• Intermediate math and reading skills.
• Ability to operate industrial welding equipment (MIG/TIG/automatic welders, plasma cutters, cutting torches).
• Must meet QA welder qualifications (NADCAP).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Ability to follow manufacturing procedures and company policies.
• Good time-management and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and instructions to understand welding requirements.
• Prioritize work orders to meet production schedules.
• Perform layouts and prepare materials for welding.
• Position, align, and fit components together accurately.
• Bolt, clamp, and tack-weld parts to secure them for final welding.
• Set up equipment and weld parts using manual and automatic welding tools.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturing procedures and safety rules.
• Perform additional duties as needed based on workload.
