Dowding Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to perform gas and electric welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks. The role includes reading instructions, planning procedures, and producing welded components for multiple metals.

Candidates should have at least one year of MIG welding experience, with TIG preferred, and demonstrate strong attention to detail while adhering to safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of MIG welding experience.
• Tig welding experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform high-precision work.
• Must follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Mansioni

• Receives instructions, prints, and work orders for the job.
• Plans details of working procedure and material requirements.
• Fabricates equipment by cutting, burning, and welding metals.
• Repairs equipment using welding techniques and equipment.
• Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded; sets up and tacks welds parts.
• Builds up worn or defective surfaces.
• Dismantles and cuts material using burning equipment.
• Keeps work area clean and orderly.
