Qualifications

• Alloy and steel welding experience.
• Minimum of 3 years MIG and TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Operate Miller Aluma Pro Mig gun and welding equipment.
• Perform flame-cutting and oxy-acetylene cutting when needed.
• Fabricate metal components using hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain safety and follow SOPs.
• Conduct technical inspections for quality.
• Prepare input for management and log reports.
• Review drawings to ensure parts and assemblies fit and function.
• Develop goals, assign tasks, ensure on-time completion.
• Keep detailed records of work orders and inspections.
• Stay updated on welding tech and compliance.
• Support other assigned work in a busy manufacturing setting.
