Babcock Power Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in South Carolina. You will weld, cut, and fabricate metal components, read blueprints, and ensure high-quality results while following safety protocols.

The role requires experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding and the ability to operate in an industrial environment. Benefits include health coverage and a company 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Proven welding experience across MIG/TIG/Stick processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality checks.
• Comfort working in outdoor/industrial environments and physically demanding settings.
• Certification in welding (AWS/ASME) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, Stick and arc welding.
• Weld, cut, and fabricate metal components per project drawings.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE to prevent injuries.
• Inspect welds with gauges and visual checks for quality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team to plan and execute welding tasks.
