Job summary

Genesis Endeavors LLC is seeking a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team. The successful candidate will use MIG, TIG, and stick welding to assemble metal structures, interpret blueprints, and ensure workmanship meets strict safety and quality standards.

You will set up machines, inspect finished welds, perform preventative maintenance on equipment, and document materials used. A high school diploma and proven welding experience are required, with preference for certification and CNC

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as Welder in manufacturing or construction.
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Commitment to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to determine welding requirements.
Set up welding machines and select appropriate materials for the project.
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metal components.
Inspect welded workpieces to ensure specifications are met.
Repair and maintain welding equipment and tools as needed.
Follow safety procedures and utilize protective equipment.
Collaborate with team to complete projects on time and to standards.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
