Leader Tech in Tampa, FL, a world-leading innovator and manufacturer of EMI shielding products, is seeking a Welder to perform diverse welding preparation, processes, and finishing per drawings and specs.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in manufacturing welding, ability to interpret weld symbols, operate manual and automated welding equipment, and maintain safety and quality standards in a climate-controlled facility.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One-year experience in welding preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate manual and automated welding units and equipment.
• Deposit metal to join edges and complete welds per drawings.
• Repair improperly welded pieces and fill holes.
• Position and clamp work pieces or assemble components.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and weld symbols.
• Know materials and filler applications for steel, aluminum, and exotic alloys.
• Set up fixtures and welding parameters (amps, volts).
• Use measuring tools for process inspection and certification.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping.
