Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking a Welder to join a manufacturing and industrial fabrication environment in Ontario, OH.

You will fabricate high‑pressure vessels and actuator components, interpreting complex drawings and ensuring compliance with ASME codes while maintaining certifications and traceability. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of advanced welding experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of advanced industrial welding experience with high‑pressure vessels or heavy fabrication.
• Ability to pass site‑specific certification testing within 3 onboarding attempts.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints; fixture setups.
• Commitment to quality and safety, maintaining active certifications per site policy.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld complex pressure vessels, tanks, and actuator components per ASME and codes.
• Execute precision welds subject to third‑party inspections at three production stages.
• Interpret engineering drawings/blueprints to set up fixtures for custom runs.
• Prepare and validate first article inspections to establish baseline quality.
• Maintain lifetime traceability with unique IDs and update continuity logs.
