Hahn and Sons in Burlington, ON is looking for an experienced welder to join our on-site fabrication team. You will read welding blueprints, select processes and operate manual, semi-automatic, and robotic welders to build custom metalwork.

You will ensure welds meet specifications, handle metal shaping equipment, and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a permanent, full-time position with parking and team-building opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to interpret welding process specifications.
• Experience reading welding blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency with manual, semi-automatic and robotic welding equipment.

Aufgaben

• Interpret welding process specifications.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment.
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
• Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
• Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines.
• Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal.
• Determine weldability of materials.
• Start up, shut down, adjust and monitor robotic welding production line
